I developed many skills while in the Army. Had multiple management positions with praise from superiors and Command

Cons

Time away from family. Mass disciplinary actions were most times unnecessary and solved nothing.

To maintain proper information flow with your employees and acknowledge their contributions.

    Officers, trust your NCOs and Enlisted! They will make you look really good, or REALLY bad. It's up to you.

    Your mid-level Soldiers (Officers and NCO) and the future of the organization. You should do more to keep the good ones, and let the not-so-good ones move on to other careers.
