I have been working at US Army full-time for more than 10 years

ProsUnlimited challenges and opportunities: World travel; Education opportunities; Make friends and contacts from across the country and around the world; Decent pay and benefits (medical, dental and vision); Good retirement plan (currently but that could change); Tremendous support services - commissary, PX, Family Support, child care, morale welfare and recreation facilities and services; etc

ConsOn call 24/7/365
Sometimes very long hours in unfriendly places
Missed special occasions - holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc

Advice to Senior ManagementStop the senseless and unnecessary changes.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
