    Not in control of everywhere you might or everything you might do Some leaders are not ready to be leaders, but their rank gives them something to hide behind It can be extremely stressful for those with families because of the time commitment

    Advice to Management

    Continue weeding out the bad leadership from within the ranks. Soldiers deserve the best opportunities for mentorship and growth.
