Things have changed

Health Care Sergeant (Former Employee)

ProsExcellent training, education benefits, pay

ConsNever allowed to take advantage of education benefits, Never allowed to go to schools to help for promotion or experience, too many selfish leaders. No guidance or mentoring anymore. Very few live up to the Army Values anymore. Officers do not appreciate enlisted. They are quick to blame and not accept responsibility.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou are the problem. Not the Soldiers. If you can't see flaws in yourself, you need to go home. It's evident by the amount of top level leadership getting in trouble. The sense of entitlement is disgusting.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
