Best Retirement system of any country in the world

Cons

Family time interruptions
Limited promotion potential in the upcoming years
No fiscal rewards for exceptional service

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be fair but decisive in your evaluations of your subordinates, not everyone can be above the standard, and some are better served with the evaluation they earned. Set the expectations early and guide with counseling during the rating period.

    free medical, travel the world, brotherhood, the sergeants dont know anything and rely solely upon the privates to do everything because they know nothing
