Pros

A great place to get leadership experience and training. You won't find the same challenges anywhere else in the world.

Cons

Deployments are long and taxing. The most pressing concern I have is with the political correctness that has infiltrated our doctrine to the point where soldiers are literally dying as a result. It's the only reason I am choosing to leave.

Advice to Senior Management

When you decide to fight a war, fight the war. Battling an enemy with money and fliers will not win when the resolve of the enemy is demonstrated by their willingness to commit suicide in an effort to kill US troops.
