Good agency to work for!

Database Developer (Former Employee)

ProsThe BLM is good place to work. Work is stable, no one ever gets laid off. etc. Very hard to get firied.

ConsMiddle management makes questionable decisions at times. However, such decisions are in the eye of the beholder. Subpar offices to say the lest.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay attention to lower employees, don't just worry about what manangement in D.C is doing/thinking. Upgrade offices as they are subpar.
