    Pros

    Pay, benefits, telework option, blackberry, laptop with aircard to work from home or away from the office, nice office furnishings. metro subsidy

    Cons

    Upper management micromanages work so you can end up being a middle man responding to all of their requests rather than do the work yourself. Still not communicating freely between components.

    Stop being so adversarial with your partner components.
