Pros

Great Organization with good benefits and retirement, retire at any age with 25 years or age 50 with 20 years(Law Enforcement retirement)

Cons

Working in a prison environment is stressful and can be dangeous.....some days were certainly better than others. However, the job security is a good feeling.
