    Pros

Experience, independence, interesting work, high degree of respect for interns, and no coffee fetching.

    Cons

no pay, department not hiring, size of department can be frustrating, long hours, and lack of mentorship or development program.

    Advice to Management

It's understandable given the current political climate (budget restraints) but the DOJ should really pay its interns.
