ProsThe students and the purpose of Job Corps is needed in AZ.

ConsThe present company that has the contract is the worst! They do not hire from with in they keep bring people from other job corps so there is no advancement opportunities for the local Arizonians at Job Corps!

Advice to Senior ManagementI hope you lose the contract and leave.
