Unfairness when given raises to minorities, including women
No urgency to get the reports out
Lots of Travel (could be a pro to some)
Not all members of the team are expected to work
    Unilateral Management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There needs to be a better way of discussing auidt expections to the staff. You can't continue to use the unilateral approach becasue that will only hold up the reports. We need to get the reports out in close as real time as possible.

  2.

Great work life balance with a side of bureaucracy and discrimination
