    Pros

Great working hours, Holidays off, The pay is ok for this state.

    Cons

No team unity, the management team are not on one accorded. Training is a joke. This RO had a backward concept of thinking, if your an employee that doing exceptionally well you won't get promoted because they don't want to loose you. If your doing poorly management will promote you just so you can become someone else problem.

    Advice to Management

All the training you try to enforce on us, take a moment and re-train yourselves once a week.
