    Pros

Job Security Good Benefits Great for Veterans

    Cons

Hostile & Dysfunctional Workplace Job Security can be bad because it is a system that makes it almost impossible to let go of people that should be let go, which ruins things for everyone If you are not a Veteran it is more difficult to advance

    Advice to Management

Be more selective in who you hire and be willing to let go of employees that deserve to be let go
