    Pros: Federal benefits such as paid time off and medical benefits.… Cons: Parking is bad, housekeeping is bad and the hospital is not well kept, upper hospital management and many department leaders are not great leaders or… Advice to Senior Management: VAMC management seriously needs to reevaluate the heads of their departments.
