    Pros

Serving those who have served us, good benefits, time off, endless educational and advancement opportunities for those who are willing to work hard, majority of staff members genuinely care about the Veteran's wellbeing and are pleasant to work with, flexible work schedule, pay differential

    Cons

sometimes short staffed, hiring is slow making it difficult to replace staff turnover, not a lot of accountability for actions, some staff are entitled and rude
