Great job security
Can transfer to any facility in the U.S.
Lots of leave accrual
Schedule is flexible

ConsMany people retire there so few opportunities for advancement.

Once you reach your last step increase in grade your the only additional funds one gets is through cost of loving and bonuses.

Difficult to change operational systems due to policies and bureaucracies.

Despite getting an advance degree while employed, compensation is not provided in an increase of pay.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe open to new and fresh ideas

Pay your advance degree providers more.
