Management is considerate about creating work/life balance. They will work with you if you need time off and offer you a flexible schedule.

Cons

No promotion and pay level is below average of industry. You are usually stuck in your present position if nobody leave company.

    I worked at US Foods

    Pros

This is an ethical company whom is customer focused and treat employees with respect. Compensation is very fair and training, support, and tools are excellent. Flexible scheduling allows you to set your work hours and get your work finished in the time necessary.

    Cons

You work at least 6 days a week as a Territory Manager. You don't have holidays off unless you are on vacation - our company is only technically closed on Sunday's, Christmas, New Years and Thanksgiving. You do work on Sunday if you have customers placing orders for a Monday delivery. The upside to this is you work from a home office so you can be at home while you work on these days.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

J.A. Lederer is new to U.S. Foodservice so I cannot comment on his leadership skills since Category Management has yet to experience it. He has a vision; we are awaiting execution.
