Current Employee - Truck/Delivery Driver in El Paso, TX

I have been working at US Foods full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Meeting new people and staying in shape.

Cons

19.00 hr overtime after 40=Slave wages for delivering food on hand truck down a ramp, especially when you barely get 40hrs a week. They pay peanuts and wonder why they can't keep drivers.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you wanna keep drivers, pay us base pay + component or overtime after 8 hours.
