    Pros

In the beginning it wasn't so bad, until you realize how horrible and unhappy everyone is. Then you realize that everyone's "happiness" is completely fake.

    Cons

Management was horrible, there wasn't an ounce of personal respect, employees of certain levels were allowed to treat others completely horrible with no discourse. Routine "company" meetings constantly felt threatening and if you were being treated like a misbehaved child. Negativity everywhere.

    Advice to Management

I think one of the most important things every employee looks for in a job is a level of respect. When you talk down to employees in a threatening manner all the time, it not only reflects poorly on the company but drains employee morale.
