    Pros

Ability to work from home (anywhere in the country). Flexibility and commitment to work life balance.

    Cons

Recent reorganization has office in a holding pattern. Raises, promotions etc are all on hold indefinitely (and have been for too long.)

    Advice to Management

Change is not an acceptable excuse for inaction. Reorganization is ok but not providing raises or promotions because you are unsure of what will happen this year is not acceptable. No company knows what is going to happen in the future but that doesn't stop them from running the organization like it should be.

Current Employee - LEED Coordinator/Associate II in Washington, DC
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

The opportunities for young people to share their ideas and suggestions are frequent and strong. The office itself is amazing and in a great location. Working in Washington DC for an organization with global reach, influence and recognition is a powerful and great experience.

    Cons

Much of the senior leadership is young and inexperienced. There aren't a lot of opportunities to learn from experienced and successful individuals. Recent changes have made it difficult to understand what path to take to improvement, promotion, career advancement.
