Pros

The people, and relaxed atmosphere. I look forward to going to work here. The upper management are very helpful in making sure you get the time off that you need, and the training that you want. Also they have a education reimbusment program. So they will pay for you to continue your education, thus helping you get a better position. This company strongly believes in the idea that if the work force is happy, then their productivity will be better.

Cons

none that I can think, other than normal office issues. A recent merger has caused some things to be thrown askew, but everything seems to be settling down very nicely.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop changing things for the sake of change.
