I worked at US Investigations Services full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Still one of the best professional/clerical employment opportunities in the area. Opportunity to advance for those who perform well, even without specialized backgrounds.

    Cons

Hard to say, as much has changed since I left. When I was there, management by fear was a problem. Communication between corporate management and front-line workers was always a challenge. Risk aversion. Limited growth prospects.

I have been working at US Investigations Services full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great pay for someone who has just graduated or separated from the military, standard healthcare, great overtime opportunities.

    Cons

Leadership seems very disconnected with employees, work can get monotonous.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to spend more time with employees; more than a 30 second conversation every 2 weeks.
