Pros

Winning a labor lawsuit against them for thousands of dollars.

Cons

They lie (or exagerate) to you like they make you lie to the customers, they sell crap products, they are unreliable and have no ethics.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop lying, nevermind, that IS the motto of your company/sales pitch.

    Pros

The company was okay when there were new chains to be worked and money to be made in the store, but these markets are few and far between and no sign of new contracts in the future.

Note: I wrote a positive review here in the past, because MANAGEMENT BEGGED ME TO.

    Cons

All of their stores are overworked. Even the busy stores--nobody is interested in the same old stuff they've seen before. No money to be made pitching with this company.

They can take advantage of you in every way a company takes advantage of independent contractors, especially when it comes to paying less than minimum wage. They also take advantage of you in ways companies AREN'T allowed to take advantage of independent contractors-- forced training, forced travel, forced hours.

In case you aren't familiar with independent contractor laws, know this: you are not supposed to have a manager or forced training. That's why this company has "Directors" and "Product Coaches." These poor people get treated the worst, and sell every waking moment of their lives to the company for not much more pay than the average Joe.

The CEO has become lazy, and enjoys his time sailing rather than actually investing himself in the company.

They tell you bold faced lies in auditions and interviews. And know that the vast majority of positive reviews on here are like the one I once gave, drawn up by management and HR.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Drop the 1099 lies. Pay at least minimum wage. Don't hire directors who are addicts and sexually harass their teams.

    Pros

I don't know that there are really any pros about this company. The biggest one I can think of is that you get paid every week.

    Cons

They think they are REALLY running this company great. The so called "people in charge" don't know ANYTHING but like to bark orders and send emails like they do. They lie to employees about the job, the pay, the "opportunities" and they hire anyone with a pulse. All the smart people have left so they filled their jobs with the first warm body they could find. Their practices are VERY SHADY, and sometimes there is no money to pay employees. Funny cause the owners and management sure live it up but certainly don't give a second thought about their employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn how to treat your employees and maybe take some classes on how to run a business THE RIGHT WAY
