Former Employee – worked at US Marine Corps
Pros – Benefits is a good way to go and leadership is always there, as well as discipline. I liked it overall.
Cons – You cant choose who your boss or choose where you go some times but thats the name of the game.
Advice to Senior Management – Dont take your job half ass and take care of your Marines and they'll take care of you in the future.
