Competitive promotion system sometimes results in people getting denied reenlistment and getting pushed out.

Advice to Senior ManagementAdopt a more bottom to the top management style, rather than top to bottom. Marine Corps leadership is effective, but at times it is unnecessarily painful.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
