ProsExperience in a technical field.

ConsDeployment, war zones, field ops, of the four years I was in 1.75 years of it was spent on base with my family. Hurry up and wait. Platoon hazing games. Tons of guys walking around with undiagnosed PTSD.

Advice to Senior ManagementSee a shrink if you've been on the battlefield. Don't take it out on the lower ranks. Officers and listen once and a while.
