Experience in the Marine Corps is just amazing. You can really learn so much about the military life and how it can effect you in good and bad way.

    Cons

    Pros

You gain a sense of belonging, pride, and leadership. You know that you have made a difference.

    Cons

Very high pressure. Can be hazzardous to your health and the nature of combat exposes you to a high probability of injury or death.

    Advice to Management

Do not lose sight of the fact that the lowest ranking Marines are the ones who fight the fight and win the battles.
