I have been working at US Marine Corps

Pros

Not a good choice to join, If anything join the navy or air force. No sense of going through chaos with the marine corp and stress over nonsense. I cant STRESS to you how many injuries and health problems i have and i only been in 3 years. I'm enrolled in school but you can get that in any branch. The leadership is terrible absolutely horrible! Over Rated.

Cons

Refer back to PROS. I can go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on

I have been working at US Marine Corps full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Travel, adventure, free/low cost medical and dental care, steady pay check, education benefits.

    Cons

Little family time, lots of personal sacrifice, not all leaders are trained well, lacks consistence in enforcement of regulations and rules.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Marines are people first. They may have sacrificed their lives for a period of time, but to ignore the fact that they have lives outside of work is not consistent with the Corps' Values.
