ProsBeing a part of something bigger, pushing yourself to perform for the Marines around you.

ConsThe military is a politicians social playground. Some has been good but some experiments have made our nation weaker.

Advice to Senior ManagementReduce administrative requirements and provide tough realistic training.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
