The Marine Corps is awesome b/c it's not just a great place to be in of itself, it's grat place to help you wherever else you want to be. The ultimate stpping stone/career accelerator, no matter the field.

Cons

You get a lot out of it, but you have to put alot in it.

Advice to Senior Management

Maintain the balance of progression vs tradition. Continue to innovate. Continue focus on learning, knowledge, and training. All while keeping that old Marine Corps spirit.
