ProsGet to travel and meet new people.
Great experiance that I can use to help my civilican life.
Great values system.
I feel like I'm actually contributing to something much bigger than myself that will help make things better for my family in the future.

ConsExtremely Senior upper management doesn't seem to understand what really goes on my level.
Takes time away from family, and sometimes on EXTREMELY short notice.
