The national Guard was an awesome place to work

ProsBrother/sisterhood. You really develop a close tie to your workplace, everyone ends up being your family.
The people are awesome.
The Job is exciting and fun.

ConsDeployments are every few years and last a year. They can be tedious and dangerous.
You do not get a choice of who you work with.
The pay is decent but could be much better.
You can not ask for a raise.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
