ProsI've gained a lot of experience in leading people, planning, and organizational development.

ConsHigh stress and lots of responsibility for a large number of people. It's hard to get rid of those who don't want to be there or those who underperform.

    National Guard

    I worked at US National Guard part-time for more than 10 years


    Pros: You get to wear cool army clothes, You can get part of your college degree paid for.… Cons: Sometimes you have to go on a deployment for months away… Advice to Senior Management: None Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
