It was nice at first but then once I never got promoted I couldn't wait for it to be over.

ProsIt gives you good benefits and it helps to pay for an education which i am finaly able to use now.

Conslack of promotion. Was same rank the whole time I was in for 6 years.

    The experience at the ARNG is like many corporate places, all have their upsides and downsides, very political.
