“Great benefits”
Current Employee – been working at US Navy
Pros – Medical benefits are hard to beat. GI Bill and Tuition Assistance keep the college costs down if you can find time to go to school.
Cons – Long hours and away from family the majority of the time. Management afraid to think "outside the box" a lot of times and want to stay with what is known, regardless of the outcome.
