US Navy Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at US Navy

Pros – Opportunity to travel across the world and be stationed in exotic locations, very good promotion potential, rewarded for your work, 30 days paid vacation, great medical & dental benefits, 20 year retirement.

Cons – The potential to spend a lot of time away from family, there are some very arduous duty stations and assignments, takes an unwavering commitment, you don't always get where/what you want.

Advice to Senior Management – Leadership needs to allow for Commanding Officers to have more determination in career intentions in regards to force reduction solutions because of their everyday interaction with sailors affected.
