- Disapproves of CEO
“good benefits and pay but lots of sacrifice and hard work depending on the rate”
Current Employee – been working at US Navy full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – exellent tuiton assistance, pay 100% tuiton exept books while active duty and after.
medical and dental, basic housing allowance, life insurance
Cons – lots of time away from family, duty days, move every 3 or 4 years, advancement depends on the rate chosen, with ERB and PTS nowadays there is no job security,
Advice to Senior Management – is not fear to get rid off people that had given so many years to the military. ERB was a big mistake and shouldnt be used again. Instead of getting rid of good sailors they should slow down the recruiting on those overmaned rate.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
