Neutral Outlook
Approves of CEO

I have been working at US Navy full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

The traveling opportunities stand out the most but the benifits are above average as well. The pay is decent, you might here of higher salaries in the civillian world but once you include all the extra alllowanances it usually averages out.

Cons

The cons would be working under contract (usually at 4 years). Picking up and moveing every couple years also can get tiresome.

Advice to Management

You don't really give advice to the military.

I have been working at US Navy full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Best colleagues in the world! Benefits unparralled. Retirement for life. Visit places most people never get an opportunity to see. 30 days of vacation a year. The ability to advance is there if you are a stong enough person to reach out and grab it.

    Cons

Long hours with no over time. Some people work like they know they can't get fired. Some people treat you with little or no respect because they know you can't quit. Sometimes having to do something in a less efficient way than you want because your supervisor said so.
