Pros

Good compensation with great benefits. Never had a college loan to repay. Job security. Lots of responsibility at an early stage in your carear. No need to think about what you will wear each day...it is called a uniform.

Cons

deployments and extended time away from family. long hours to execute the mission. in the end you go where they tell you...the are called orders for a reason.

Advice to Management

continue to focus on improving life for the family that stays behind while the service memeber deploys overseas.
