    Pros

    Great place to work in San Diego. Excellent military and civilian leadership. Outstanding report between civilian and military staff members. Strongly recommended if you have experinence in the Maritime Industry

    Cons

    None noted, other than the standard adminsitrative taskers normally found in government employment. Opportunites for upward mobility within the organzation can be limited without a desire to move to Singapore or Washington DC.

    Continue the course set! Keep engaging with the staff at every opportunity and maitain the great environment!
