    Pros

Great training and experience in many different areas of expertise. There is an abundance of knowledge from leaders that can get you through any situation within the workforce.

    Cons

Budget cuts have affected promotions. "You choose your rate, you choose your fate." You may have always wanted to be a corpsman (hospital worker) but you may have a whole career where you don't work in he medical field that you want to work in. Jobs are too broad.

    Advice to Management

Morale is probably at an all-time low in the military. Enlisted military is considered the most stressful job in America due to lack of leadership.
