I have been working at US Navy full-time

    Pros

I have had a lot of great experiences in the Navy - both doing operations, managing the maintenance of equipment, and leading people. A career in Navy is not for everyone, but I think that the experience of at least one tour is an invaluable life experience.

    Cons

Having to move the family around a lot and establish new friendship - easier for some more than for others - but this con is also a pro.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop worrying about appearance and focus on content.
