    Pros

Great adventures, great benefits, good people, fun times and challenging work.

    Cons

Training needs help, certain ratings need longer schools.

    Advice to Management

Quit listening to bean counters and start listening to the fleet. I am proud to have served, however some of the cuts that have been made absolutely floor me. Pick a uniform and stick with it. I transitioned between 5 different uniforms during my time in. Give the COs their authority back to do what they need to do and get rid of the darned civilians. Most of them are retired military and they are double dipping. I, for one, am getting a regular non-DOD affiliated job when I retire.
