I worked at US Navy part-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

If you want to do something to help your country and the world this is the place.

    Cons

There are a few people that should not be allowed to be in charge of people, military or civilian. Military needs a better system to weed those few bad apples out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

We are the military experts to the national command authority. The flag officers should be selected for their military and leadership abilities and not being politically correct.

    Recommends
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
