“The Navy was the most exciting and productive time of my life!”
Former Employee – worked at US Navy
Pros – It will teach you discipline and integrity if you didnt already have that. You will gain more honor, courage, and commitment in everyday situations. You will be able to adapt to anything. Increases your survival instincts.
Cons – There wont be as much family time for those who have family' to go home to. There are many stressful enviroments you will have to deal with many times you will have to live through these enviroments.
Advice to Senior Management – More training on transitioning military members to civilians.
