I have been working at US Oncology

    Pros

Some best reasons working at US Oncology: some co-workers, the mall and our contirbution to improve treatment to cancer society. having coworkers to laugh with goes a long way to eaze some of th e frustration and the mall got a lot of restaurants to sit and release. at days end I gave of my self to help cancer society

    Cons

management one downside and favirtism. I toak to other employees so I don't feel along in knowing that this is a widespread company practice that is ignored. guess i'm coming in on something that was swept under the rug instead of cleaned up and soon the pile will be too big to ignore.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get trained and show real quality in your skills. leave the personal issues, clicks and favs outside the door. Trainig and maturity aren't going hand in hand. Listen to the employees that represent the company because their work represent the production you want out.

I have been working at US Oncology

    Pros

Location and vacation time are reasonable.

    Cons

Horrible management and HR. Managers are friends with HR personnel and therefore nothing happens when you reach out to them. Merit increases are a joke! 2% increase that comes out to no more than a few cents to the hour. Hopefully changes come soon with McKesson!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit having favorites and do not have personal relationships with HR personnel. It is EXTREMELY unprofessional!
