I have been working at US Oncology full-time for more than a year

Pros

Compassion for patients, excellent physicians and located throughout communities making it easily accessible. Wonderful idea to add specialties to mix.

Cons

Limited in resources, large corporate structure with the added issues associated with such. Some physicians are allowed to say and act in any fashion towards staff under the guise of 'just playing'.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend a little more on Human Resources in each area so employees feel they can breathe at work. In other words, add more staff.
