“You can bust your butt and try to do a great job, but that gets you nowhere but on the black list with other carriers.”
Current Employee – been working at US Postal Service
Pros – The money is good. It is nice to work outside the office. You build great relationships with the customers. It keep you in great physical shape.
Cons – The whole thing is disfunctional. Nothing makes sense. You can see the money wasting away with every outdated proceedure.
Advice to Senior Management – Privitize. It is too far gone to recover. The struggle with the union doesn't allow you any managaterial say.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
