“lacking ambition to lower level employees”
I have been working at US Postal Service as a contractor for more than 3 years
Pros – decent paycheck, overtime all the time
Cons – treated like dirt and looked down upon
Advice to Senior Management – same benefits to all carriers
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
